About the Homeowners’ Association

Salt Works Cove has a homeowners’ association that manages the common areas of the neighborhood and maintains the covenants that control the neighborhood.  Dues are assessed annually and run from July 1 to June 30 of the following year.  Dues should have been paid by the previous owner and prorated at your closing.  Use the contact us page to give us your contact information for our directory and we will send you the password for the members section of the site.  See our Bylaws and Covenants pages.  We have an annual association meeting, typically in June and a cookout in the fall.

Stickers for the Yarmouth Trash and Recycling Center, located at 606 Forest Road in South Yarmouth, (as well as beach stickers) are available at the town clerk’s office in the town hall. A sticker is not required to use the recycling center. In addition to the stickers (which are required to be affixed to an automobile), trash coupon books and one time pay as you throw tickets are also available at the Scale House at the disposal area.
